We are a newly formed Furniture Making and Design Company which is based in North Devon, England.

Our vision is to use only reclaimed materials wherever possible, which our highly skilled local craftmen reform to create highly individual one off pieces of furniture.

Our goal is to continually create beautiful quality reclaimed furniture whilst helping the environment and playing our part in turning the tide on the ‘flat-pack’, standardized throw away furniture culture of today.

Here at Re4med we use only reclaimed hardwood in the production of our handcrafted furniture. We source wood that has been reclaimed from demolished factories, schools, churches, homes and various other buildings, averaging from 100-300 years old, that would otherwise be burnt or landfilled. Hardwood timber is a worldwide natural limited resource and should be treated as such.

We aim to meet the needs of clients who want their furniture to be individual and elegant in design, offering both functionality and durability.The right choice of furniture should last a lifetime, not a couple of years before it is again replaced.
